Concentrate on your reviews
When it comes to building a site you need to spend a lot of time on your reviews to make the site work properly. Unfortunately this takes a lot of time and most people skip this step.
Whilst putting the casino reviews site together I've obviously been looking to see what the other peeps are up to and there is no doubt about it - the standard is going up and the bar keeps being lifted higher and higher.
This means that for any newcomer to the affiliate marketing game you need to be putting in a lot more hours to achieve the same results in terms of ranking and conversions, but the rewards are also much higher.
There are also more and more affiliate managers who are being paid big money to find new webmasters coming into these markets and it's simply getting more and more competitive.
My advice to anyone looking to come into these markets is to be prepared for a long slog to make it to the money because the competition is so stiff. Your reviews need to be good and the foundation of your site. I wish it was 2000 all over again.
United didn't turn up did they? £10 down the drain because they failed to take the midfield playmakers out of the game. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and I'm positive that if it was Chelsea or Liverpool they would be bringing old big ears back to this country.
