"If everybody could do it, they would" is the old saying. But it's not true. Even when presented with a golden goose that lays the golden egg every day, there will still be a significant percentage of people who would sell it for the short-term gain. Those that are prepared to take up the challenge and create something, anything, are wildly outnumbered by armchair critics.
