What Is Zoho?

Good question! Zoho is a suite of cloud-based software products with customer relationship management as chief among them. ZOHO CRM is one of the best known CRM's on the planet and so despite being worthy of an entry in many different categories I've added them here because CRM is probably their strongest product.

The ZOHO product suite has been just over twenty years in the making, established in 1996 it now has a user base of over 30 million so that tells you how good the product is.
