As your business grows you end up being further and further away from your customers. You end up with back office teams (like programmers, admin, accounts etc) who forget who they are doing it all for.
The best way to connect to your customers is to actually help them.
So at least every year all the team have to work on customer support and today is my turn!
I take a few calls and spend the day learning what’s working right and more importantly what’s going wrong with the business.
I am amazed, humbled and inspired from my time with the customer support team and I would recommend it to any business owner.
